My experience with Eddie and his assistant Jaime has been great! Their response time is immediate and he always made himself available within one day to show a house. (Sometimes the same day). He’s a very down to earth guy. He did a thorough inspection of the houses he took me so I wouldn’t get blindsided during inspection which really made me feel like he was on my side. We had a very good experience. We had a lengthy search to find a home we wanted, and Eddie stayed the course with us trying to navigate a really aggressive market with very few houses available. We had a lot of issues to be negotiated with regard to the inspection on our new home and Eddie was very patient and kept us realistic on what we could really expect the Seller to do. We contacted Eddie early on following my dad's death. Eddie was recommended to us by a friend who had worked with my parents as their realtor. We are so grateful for ALL Eddie did to help us! We knew the process of cleaning out my parents estate would be lengthy, 2 1/2 years! Everything was excellent. Eddie walked through the house, gave me a list of things to consider doing before listing, and the house got sold in couple days. He was very responsive during the negotiation, had good insights and recommendations, but at the same time never pushy. He always respected my opinions and wishes and patiently explained all my questions. His team/Jamie was also great. I simply could not have wished for a better experience.

Couldn't of asked for a better realtor! Eddie Mullins was there for me from the very beginning to the very end! He was always there with an answer to every one of my questions or problems the very same day. His expertise in his field made everything go smoothly! He definitely gets your house out there with advertising. Mine had more viewings than any other listed and it was in the middle November/December! Thanks for being there with all the moral support too! I wouldn't of done things any other way!
