It amazes me to see all of the negative reviews/complaints. I have been an Ed Voyles Chrysler customer since 2010. During this time, I have purchased 5 vehicles which have also all been serviced there as well. I am very pleased with the dealership and will continue to refer them to family and friends.
I have a 2017 Jeep that malfunctioned. My vehicle was towed to Ed Voyles on Cobb Parkway for service on March 15, 2018. I was told that they wouldn't even check my vehicle until after 4 days because they were so backed up. Today is Saturday, March 24, 2018, and I was told by the manager David that maybe they could figure out how to fix the problem with my abs brake system on Monday March 26, 2018. The delay was due to Carmax dropping off the vehicle with very limited information; it took Carmax additional time to return our calls. I'll be the first to admit that it's easy to write a negative review and that most people don't take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I would write a few words about my visit to Ed Voyles Chrysler in Marietta. Particularly the Body Shop. I brought a Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change but stopped off at the Body Shop first because I damaged trim on the rear. Great prices, great customer service. Very efficient.
I do not recommend this dealership. I called and took multiple steps to confirm van is available and get a sales mangers price approval. I was told their policy is that they cannot hold cars, but they can hold keys if you are on your way. I drive with my family to the dealership, test drive the car, and ask salesman to talk to finalize deal. Purchased the car in spring 2015. They were the only people to service my car until now. I was paying for tire rotations when I would get an oil change. Well took it to another reputable tire store and they informed me that due to the extreme wear on the from tires that my tires have never been rotated.... ever!!!!!
