TL:DR: If you have a Jeep, consider bringing it to any service department other than ** Voyles Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Marietta. If you are looking to purchase a new Jeep, do NOT use ** Voyles!Since you can't write as many characters here, I'll keep it brief. ***, the service advisor at ** *********************** is completely useless. His communication skills are non-existent. they do not care for their African American customers . I've had a jeep over 5 years and when there's a issue on their end there's never a response or a resolution to the problem. This is absolutely false and a repulsive thing to comment.

If you have any issues with your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS DEALERSHIP they are some of the most unreliable uninformed car people I have ever dealt with Bought my car there for a stop start issue and they claimed they had to keep My car for 4 days with no loaner and I agreed I got my car back with the claim That its fixed with a 900 plus price tag only to have the same issue return two weeks later I Dropped the car again no loaner again and again car is not fixed but I was able to take it home because its the weekend I retur... read more

Please stay clear away from this dealership! They not only sold me a defective Jeep Wrangler with transmission issues, electrical issues, all 4 tires defective ( all 4 had different manufacturers casually looking at them you wouldn't detect it but a professional did( how or why ). To make matters even worse they had the audacity to have my signature forged on the carfax claiming that I was provided the jeeps history and I guess I just overlooked all the issues. These people are beyond stupid and arrogant to think I'm letting... read more

First, my opinion here based on last weeks situation. There was a Throttle Position Sensor (***) light on the dash, along with the traction control light. Had the car towed to them because they are a Dodge dealer. The car went into limp mode as Spouse was crossing onto a 4 lane rd. Told the service tech the trouble light being on. Said they will diagnose. Was told there is no code showing up on the ODB2 scanner! How can there be a light on the dash (actually 2 lights ) and there be NO CODES on the reader??Two days later, I g... read more

0 stars!! Worst experience in buying a car ever! Bought on 7/6, We waited 2 hours for finance, which I could ignore. BUT by the time we met with finance there was a paper they needed still I called my *********** had already closed. Mind you I bought on a Saturday so the bank wasnt opened until Monday again: they let me drive the vehicle home & kept my trade in. But gave me a loaner agreement & said they couldnt give me the temp tag. They have since gotten the paper work they needed from my ******** have still yet to receive... read more

This service department is bar none, the worst I have ever dealt with. Being told the part isn't in for an urgent recall because the appointment was made on line like it is our fault their systems don't talk is outrageous. We will drive way out of our way to go to another location because that will be less inconvenient than wasting our time here. This wasn't the first time either. We had made an appointment to replace a window and when we showed up for that appointment the service tech said they don't do that work. The techs... read more
