I took my car her because it was overheating and I was trying to see what the problem was with my car. It took them so long to communicate effectively and provide myself and my car warranty company the needed information. I called several times and sent text messages to my advisor. If I could give them a zero I would! I have left numerous messages for the General Manager to call me as of this post he has not responded. I bought my first Dodge here in 2017 I have had nothing but problems over the years with this service department. I have alerted my salesman and service advisors that my truck skips. There are reasons the review ratings are so low for this company. ****************** likes to markup services with exuberant labor prices. They will up-sale you and make you feel services needed are mandatory, but when you go back to review your owners manual, they were services not needed at the time. Very sorry for your Displeasure but i do show you were given a quote before the work was performed and you approved the work. Please understand that labor is the largest part of repairs and maintenance as our technicians acre factory certified using **************** tools which come at a premium. You have a choice to take your vehicle wherever you would like but having a technician who is trained specifically for your brand does come at a premium
I took my truck (2013 RAM ****) for repairs and maintenance. There were several issues I took it in for, one being **** sensor was bad. They quoted ~$600 to repair ONE sensor. I called a few reputable tire dealers and they all quoted ~$100. Is it even legal to try and charge someone a 600% markup? Ridiculous! Took car for oil change and tire rotation they do the service as soon as I get in car oil stains on head liner and a piler as well as on way it was pulling a 5 to 10 degrees to right when wheel is straight take it back to them claim it might be just the tire and shrugs it off
This isn't something that can be fixed with a phone call. I've got damaged credit and nothing to show for it, because this dealership prioritizes greed over courtesy and service. I remember how excited I was when I got my jeep. People told me not to do it because of the amount of issues that they have the poor customer service, but I did it anyway because I was so infatuated with the Grand Cherokee. Looking back, buying that jeep was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. My car has been at the dealership since November 2nd due to an issue that another jeep dealership claimed was Landmark's fault, and the issue caused $5000 worth of damage. You cant make this up.
