Stay away from Ed Napleton – Worst dealership ever. Not only did they not bring an Accord I asked but I was forced into buying it or lose my deposit. I paid the deposit in good faith after they promised to bring the car I wanted. The trick is not to put down a deposit until you know for sure that Ed Napleton has the car you want in their lot. But why go through the trouble. Keep it simple... Just stay away from Ed Napleton.
Questionable Customer service – I had decided to purchase a Honda. I had researched the Accord for months. I went into Ed Napleton and began to discuss a purchase with the salesman. I discussed terms and what my needs were. Buyer Beware – Long story short, bought a vehicle from them. Had to drive on expired temp tags for a week because Michelle (the title clerk) is incompetent. Then after the deal, had to pay an additional $150 because they screwed up on their calculations. Also, had to return 3 different times to fill out paperwork they somehow forgot any of the other times I was there. They held my license plates hostage till I came in with checkbook in hand. Don't buy here – To make a long story short, I purchased a used vehicle from ed napleton honda in 2007. The vehicle ran great at first but, not more than a week after purchase it was in for repairs and was there for almost a month. After that I had to return with the vehicle three more times, the check engine light was on, it leaked fluid(transmission fluid I thought). No problems here – I normally do not write reviews but I saw all the bad ones here and decided to. I bought a CRV and had a great experiance. I have a warranty and brought it in for repairs, I did not know the detials of the warranty (which is my fault) the told me that I wold have to pay a $50 deductible on my plan. They did the work and only charged me $50. A few days later I get a clal and they said I actually had no deductible and refunded my $50. I would have never known that had they not told me. Seek another dealership – We thought we had a deal signed and delivered. But to our surprised we were notified that the management , apparently the salesman , had become confused and the vehecile was $800 more. To add insult to injury the finance guy, kept trying to push the wrap around extended warranty for $1,500 extra and our insurance company offers an extended warranty for $300. Would not recommend – I was going to write this huge paragraph about my entire experience at Ed Napleton Honda... But I will save you the details and get to the point. They tried selling me a 2006 Colbalt (which was a rental car that they got from a auction) with 45 thousand miles for 10,500 dollars. The trade in value of the car was 6,180 dollars and because the bought it from a auction the probably got it for even less. It was a huge waste of my time. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID – So my husband and I test drove a civic and went into the office to see what they would give for our trade in.
