Excellent service! – I purchased my car here and ever since continue to return for service when needed. All of the staff are really nice and even give me a discount on the service charge when I don't have the coupon on me. They take care of me every visit!
very bad – took my honda here for service. They did not correctly diagnose my car (the 2nd shop couldn't believe it--basically a sensor was bad and they totally missed it, and to make matters worse, they did unecessary repairs). the service manager is unwilling to listen to the customer--I talked to him twice about it.
I love my new accord! – I had a really old civic as a trade in and even though I did not get as much for my trade in as I would have liked to, I am really happy with how everything worked out in the end. The salesperson was nice and not too pushy, and was willing to work with me as I told him about the features that were really important to me, and then the things that I did not want to spend extra money on. Zero Stars If I Could – The salesman was very fast talking & all jacked up on Mountain Dew, he was wearing a shiny purple shirt and had greasy black hair as if he was ready to go to a disco. This dealership seemed more like they were interested in selling me credit, and not a car. They had very high price tags on their vehicles compared to the other stealerships I went to. Rude Salesman – A member of my family passed away and I was left with a large sum of money. I decided it was time to trade in the old clunker and get a new one. If you live in St. Louis/St. Charles you know that car dealerships run up and down highway 70, so my plan was to stop by each dealership and check out the inventory. SCAMMING SERVICE DEPT....AVOID,AVOID AVOID, BEWARE.. – I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS.... SERVICE DEPT IS A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF DONT GO... – The service department here is a complete scam.....We took our honda there for some routine maintenance and OMG....when we cam to pick it up the bill was over 2,000 dollars. We own a 2005 honda accord with only 58k miles. I dont even want to go into all the unnecessary repairs they did I'm just posting this to save other people the trouble. DONT GO HERE FOR NOTHING THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET AS THEY CAN..
Made purchase easy and a little fun!! – Purchased my new Accord last Wednesday from Ken. Knew the product and was very professional and urgent to get me in and out as fast as possible. Being a single mom my time is important and I felt comfortable buying a car there. Must be a good place for service as well as I waited for the finance guy I talked to a lady in service who told me she had been having her service there for years.
