Dan did a great job finding just the car we wanted, we knew the exact type of used vehicle we were looking for and he found a perfect match. The car was spotless and ready to go when we got to the dealership. Everyone at Napleton was friendly and helpful! We will be back when the time comes to buy another vehicle!
Demetrius was very helpful when my family stopped by the dealership. Although we were merely browsing, it would be a pleasure to make a purchase there. Everything was inviting- neat and clean, friendly, not much hassle. When we are serious we promised to return.
I would NEVER buy another vehicle from Ed Napleton Honda. We purchased a 2010 Maxima and the process took way to long and was unorganized considering we had our own financing and didn't need to jump through their hoops. Once we got the vehicle home we noticed some problems with it and wanted them checked out but they were 250 miles away, they did offer to fix them if we brought the car back to them. This place was great to deal with ans I love my new Honda! I have always driven hondas and its was great to go to a dealer that likes hondas as much as I do. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the product. They had all the answers.

This dealership is a joke. Look at the cookie cutter/generic comments below... It's evident that Ed Napleton employees have gotten on this site and tried skewing the ratings. I had a negative experience at this dealership and will travel elsewhere to purchase my Honda. My salesman was pushy and had a cloud of arrogance hovering above his head. I am more than pleased with my sales experience and the entire process. Everyone was very nice and I think the sales guy gave me a decent price. I was happy with everything and would do it all again the exact same!

I love my new Honda. I recently had a problem with the blower motor in it and got a service appointment for the next day. The corrected the problem and I was ready for the summer!
