They gave me a quote on a jeep and I drove 4 and a half hours to get it. When I got there they "quoted the wrong jeep" it was a waste of time. Most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.
I woll never go anywhere else. I came from Goodwins in New Castle and Ed Martin surpassed them by a long shot in their service department. I live in New Castle and I will make the 30 minute drive to Ed Martin every time from now on. The service was quick and they did everything they could to get me back on the road.

Worked with Jesse Conn for about a no 50th on my 2016 Renegade. This was the best the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Jesse was amazing not pushy at all and very much unlike any stereotypical stigma of car salesmen. If your are thinking about buying anything from this dealership.....don't think about it just do it you won't be sorry
Awesome ppl to work with. Bought a truck a few months ago, had a minor issue with the tire pressure sensor. Took it in to service & while across the street at IHOP having breakfast they got it all fixed. Thanks Ed Martin, get that Dodge Durango cleaned up & we will be back. :) Kenny Etter
