Great dealership
I get my car through this dealership last year, it was not a bad experience but it was not a good experience either... anyway I gave them a 5 stars but I regret I did that.. I call in to schedule for a recall service and the lady was nice but she transfer my call to service department and the guy I was speaking with was horrible, all he said was “ Wednesday @4 PM” and he hang up the call, and I call again and hang up again... nice place and nice inventories but poor customer service... 👎👎👎
We traded our Journey in for a Van. The Journey was just too small for our family. The van is perfect. Ed Martin has a great area for the kids to sit and watch tv and free snacks for them. A area for coloring. It was a great experience. James took great care of us
Thank you to Joe in the service department for taking good care of our van on short notice. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. When we were shopping for a van, the salesmen were very helpful, but not pushy at all. We will definitely visit here again.

I would give this dealership no stars . Very poor experience with this dealership . My family member had been in contact with a salesman , had a car picked out , and made an appointment . Drove over 2 hours to get there only to be told the car had sold 5 minutes earlier because that customer got there first . Absolutely no respect or courtesy for the customer who had contacted you first , and you knew was driving a long ways . Very disappointing !!
