We recently bought a truck and started having issues almost immediately. I was extremely upset that we were already having issues Ed Martin reached out to me immediately offering to fix the issue even though I bought the truck with no warranty. What started as a negative experience turned into a positive thanks to Jordon and the GM.
Amazing experience!! Bought a Grand Cherokee Overland at the lowest price in Indianapolis. Everybody was friendly and they appreciated my time. I would recommend everyone drive an extra 15 minutes to get the best price and experience in the Indianapolis area!!
This dealership shop has horrible customer service and when I try to call no one answers my call, Will never do business with this place, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!
Beyond great customer service! Nice, enclosed garage to pull in and out of. Went in for a recall; they performed the recall, thorough inspection and even washed my truck. That was a very nice thing to walk out to. Thank you so much to Ed Martin RAM and the service department!
I went for a tire issue and they were nice enough to change my oil too even though I didn’t have an appointment. Service after the sale is what it’s all about.

Car buying wasn't bad but trying to get them to refund gap insurance is a nightmare. We've made phone call after phone call. Finally got some instructions which we immediately complied with and still we've waited over 6 weeks. They will smile and pat your Back to get your money but you are treated badly when they owe you money. You will be much better off in the long run to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Worst car buying experience of my life about 2 years ago. Thought I found a decent deal on a used wrangler. The finance manager was on vacation so the used car sales manager at the time did my paperwork. I was 22 and it was my first car buying experience. The manager failed to offer or even MENTION gap insurance. One month later I totaled the Jeep, and owed thousands because I didn’t have gap insurance.
