My opinion has changed since 2014....I owned 2 Mustangs (1999 & 2002). The service was awesome then! I bought another Mustang last year (2018). I noticed same svc attendants were still there w/exception of the one that use to help me the majority of the time (GARY). Now the service sucked!. I was ignored when I suggested what I believed the problem was - probably because I'm a female. Long story short - I was right.
