The service department is excellent. They are honest and open about what needs to be fixed now, and being conscious of your budgets, about how long things can wait before you must fix them. They are great about scheduling repairs and getting all the parts before you show up. I had an old Windstar that needed TLC, and they helped me keep it on the road, just as much as they helped me with financing a new Focus to get back on the road when it died.
Michelle Sanchez and her boss Manny in Customer Service were wonderful people. I was given the best service from my phone call the day before service to the day of tire service. I recommend this dealership to all who drive a Ford
