It was another great experience when we took our Ford CMAX for regular service last Saturday. Jason was very helpful and friendly. We arrived in the morning and expressed our need to take back our car before noon. It ended up we can fetch our car around 11am. Thanks again for the efficient and professional service.

The sales department is always great. Everyone was very friendly. Sales was great answering and questions. This was the third Ford we have purchased there since November 2016.
The Parts Department is unreliable in every way . They didn't Do anything I needed them to do to fix my problem
Ford Ed Butts is the Honest car service center I have met in the past. They serviced my old van quick and it save lots of money. Highly recommended.
They are always very friendly and especially Jason in Service Department has great customer service skills!!
