I WILL never buy a vehicle from ED Bozarth Chevrolet! Jayson and I were looking at a vehicle, which they sent us home with until all loan documents were processed. While we had the vehicle, the check engine light comes on and the dash displays service traction. I take the vehicle back to them after we decided we were not going to buy it. I was "approved" for a car, turned in the car I had and now being told I have to give the car back that I was "approved" for after having it well over a month because the bank was unable to verify information that was provided to them!!!!! Talk about livid!!!!!! So now I am without a car!!!!! And all they can say is sorry!!!!! Sorry isn't getting me to work or my kid to school!!!!!!

Worst service ever! Waited for 1/2 HR to get the service ticket. The repairs were completed 2 hrs prior according the phone call I got. The lady helping me did her best (not her fault)They gave me the VIP discount which was appreciated. But the last time I had my oil changed the sent my cat through the car wash. But apparently when you have the transmission serviced, oil changed, cooling system serviced and a tire patched they won't wash your car. Seems legit smh....
