While we certainly love our vehicle, our experience with Ed Bozarth Chevrolet was less than satisfactory. We worked with a man (names will not be mentioned) in the sales department who was great. We made a deal to have our Wells Fargo Loan Paid off so that we would only have one car payment and it was reiterated multiple times that this loan would be completely paid off by Chevy. I was traveling from Central IL to Hutchison for a visitation and funeral. Outside of Topeka my car began having transmission issues. My husband did an online search and found Ed Bozarth dealership. I was able to drive it to the dealership. When my service advisor, Steve Morgan, learned of my dilemma, they diagnosed the vehicle as soon as possible. I had the worst experience. They did not follow through with any of their obligations to me. The vehicle was filthy after two attempted cleanings by them, who cleaned it Hellen Keller!?!? I have not even had my car a full month and my alternator and battery gave out on the side of the highway. I was stranded with my two year old in 19 degree weather..10 day warranty = bull crap! I read the bad reviews about the sales and service but didn’t believe it, now first hand I should have ran away from this dealership!!
