Nov. 21, 2018 took my truck for oil change and several indicators lights came on before I could even leave the lot. My check engine light, the tire censor light, now some calibre something light is on with a wrench showing up. This has never happened after any other oil change. Plus they didn't wash/ spray off my truck like they normally do. Also, I paid $12 more than my last oil change. Very poor service dept. Got a rattling noise in the front end of my acadia they said it was the struts.. the struts were performing the way they should and it was a needless repair I did over 2500 in repairs here all they fixed was a brake booster and window regulator switch i had to bring it back the next day for them to fix it right. the window was pinched in the door frame and i had to push my brakes to the floor to stop, my suv is 5 yrs old do you really think its normal to push the brakes to the floor in any car to stop... read more

I spent 3 hours waiting for them to install my headlamp on a 2012 Malibu. For a Chevy dealership my experience was pretty pathetic. I had to send it back twice, the third time the supervisor became involved and it’s still not installed properly. I’m scared to take it back in for fear of more damage being done to my front bumper which is now cracked in two places.
