We have waited 2 hours for an oil change and am still waiting �. I have never had an oil change take 2 hours. During this time multiple patrons that were checking in when I got here and some after I got here have had their vehicles completed. I have 3 kids that schedules that have been completely messed up because the oil change took longer than quoted by an hour. I brought a 2013 Buick from them a little over a year ago and I can't even say how many times I've had to take it back to them and some of the stuff should of been done before they ever put the car on the lot. Never again

I took my 2014 2500 HD 6.6L Turbo Diesel Silverado in because of a check engine light. They diagnosed it quickly and ordered the necessary parts that day. They had the work completed the following day and re adjusted the tire pressure monitor system. They also gave me a loaner 2017 Silverado to drive while mine was serviced free of charge.
