First time having Kylon Washinton service our home. He was very personal and explained the service to be provided. He also answered some of my concerns about spots on our porch. I enjoy service technicians like Kylon, who strive to make the customer feel important.

Sprayer spent approximately 20-30 minutes on site. I felt the Cost of service was high for what was done. He did put down pellets for Scorpions (We've killed 5 over the last 3 months.) He explained the yard had to be watered to activate the pellets. First time I've been told that. Since we've had several Scorpions, I believe he should have spread pellets over a broader area.

Checkout the 2025 lawsuit this company is under, I wish I had before I signed up. When this company was first contracted they did an incredibly thorough job. After the second treatment, only the front of our house was treated and when I lodged a complaint and ultimately tried to cancel services I found myself having to pay additional fees not disclosed when we signed up. They lowered my cost for the remaining duration of our services to less than half we originally signed up for instead of letting us cancel. We still have wa... read more
