We have purchsaed both an outdoor fireplace and an indoor gas fireplace from Al at Econo Air. Each purchase was a pleasure for me and my wife. Al was knowledgable, curtious and consistant with every detail through the process. I cannot rave enough about the service. With each installation, we required assistance afterward and received "front of the line" attention from Al and the Staff. Jason (service tech) was equally as professional. I don’t usually do reviews, but the services I received today from Econo Air deserves PRAISE! I called, and a technician was out to my house within 30 minutes. My technician, Jordan, took time to explain and show me the issues, walked me through my options and answer every question I had. He was polite, kind, and respectful. Jordan stayed until the job was done - 9:30 pm - and did not complain once! Jordan, and Econo Air were lifesavers today!! Words can not express how grateful and thankful I am!
I called econo air because my heater wasn’t working and the man that came out said I needed a control board and it would be over $600.00 too fix, well had someone else come out and boy was I getting over charged, the control board is fine all it needed was a switch, So beware and get second opinions. I did and saved hundreds.
Econo-Aire is highly recommended for air conditioning, heating, fireplaces, fireplace inserts and outdoor kitchens. They have a very nice showroom at the Union Avenue location.
So econo air is an amazing company. Their quote was for 13,000 less than another company for the exact same air conditioning unit. Absolutely amazed for their outstanding customer service and definitely their pricing. They are very professional and top notch in my book
I used Econo Air a couple of years ago to have a gas fire log installed. They not only installed the log in my old wood-burning fireplace, they also installed a gas line. They were professional, fast and very reasonably priced. They even managed to get the city inspector to my house for approval the same day as the install! I now have a fire any time I want. First rate, in my book.
