They were honest and very open about what was needed. Felt comfortable with Gary the owner as soon as we shook hands and agreed on a verbal contract. Went into office and they had contract all written up and Gary told me that he was going to upgrade my unit from a 2.5 Ton 14 seer which was sufficient for a 3 Ton 15 seer unit at no extra charge just so I could save on efficiency and have 2 stage heater. We had an appointment with this company so I stayed home on a work day. Greg, the person who I made the appointment with did not show up. No courtesy phone call. I called an hour after the appointment time and the lady who answered the phone she said Greg was busy helping someone else. She also told me Greg would call me back. He never did. This is how a customer is treaded before I made a large purchase, I could only imagine how bad it will be after I gave them my money.
Wonderful to work with from start to finish! Absolutely in love with how our fireplace turned out!
