I was speaking with Alex via email all day back and forth. He asked me to call and schedule, when I did he wasnt really aware of who I was because "I speak to 30-40 people a day." You spoke as if everything I was saying was an inconvenience but in all honesty if you looked at our checklist online we wouldn't have even had the conversation. You were just not wanting to go look at it and instead when you called me you kept confusing me with needs because some things you requested are extra and some aren't. I have the bi-weekly option and have been impressed every time they come out. The house smells amazing and even the pets seem happier. I love not having the stress of heavy cleaning after an 60+ hour week. I almost wish my house was messier so I’d have an excuse for them to come every week.
I've been using this service for about a year. They are fantastic. All of the team i have met are super friendly and effecient. They only use environmentally safe products, the house always sparkles when they are finished and i LOVE the way it smells. Can't recommend them strongly enough.
We love EFMS! They've been cleaning our house for many years, and they always do a great job. I love that I don't have to worry about how the products they use are impacting my kid our our animals. Everything they use is made in-house from safe, natural ingredients.
EFMS is the best ever! They make their own products and always leave your house clean and refreshing. All of the staff I have met are super helpful and trustworthy. I look forward to cleaning days--- coming home to a chemical-free and clean home is amazing. Highly recommend them!
They do a fantastic job. It's amazing to come home from work to a house that is immaculate. The cleaning products they use are natural and smell wonderful. Staff are friendly and trustworthy.
I mentioned in my note to Christine and team that I'd noticed the tile floor in our bathroom wasn't mopping well--then came home today to find it hand-scrubbed! The difference is amazing! Thx EFMS!
