Found Eco Carpet Pro thru Groupon as well. Love they do not use water. Carpets looked and smelled great. Softer to walk on. Will use again. Thanks Robert Davis, you were very professional and got the job done quickly.
I had to reschedule a morning appointment at the last minute but had to have the carpets done by end of day. The staff came through and rescheduled a team and met my deadline, even though they were pretty much booked solid. The cleaning work was excellent and completed in short time. Overall, very professional.
Quick, courteous and excellent customer service! From the first phone call to the technicians, the experience was excellent! I had one tough area re-emerge the next day after cleaning and they came the following business day to address it! I love the customer service of this company! Very friendly on the phone as well as in the home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
He did an excellent job explaining the process. And he was polite and friendly. More importantly the carpet looks and smells great. Great experience from start to finish. I would advise customers to completely remove or move items prior to their arrival to get maximum cleaning coverage.

Perry was excellent! He was very prompt and personal, yet friendly and personable. Both Chris and Perry did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Most stains came right out. Some tough ones they spent longer on to make sure they came clean. I was very impressed with them and the company! Highly recommended!
