From start to finish the process of working with Eco Carpet Pro was great. The communication was clear, prompt, and useful (both via phone and text). The two gentleman who came to do the cleaning, Robert and Will, were professional and respectful. They told me everything that would be done so I knew exactly what to expect and did an excellent job on the cleaning. My carpets look great and it was a really quick process. I'm satisfied with my experience with this company.

Eco Carpet Pro was able to fit me in last minute to clean my home for an incoming tenant. We needed an urgent carpet and upholstery cleaning of a commercial space after renovation. Robert Davis came immediately after regular work day. He was attentive to all our needs and left the space spotless. We are grateful for Eco Carpet Pro service. No doubt that we will call them again. They are highly recommended.
The tech (Robert Davis) showed up on time, professional, friendly, taking care to not track in dirt from outside, and in advance explained the principles of what he was doing. He did an outstanding job, with carpets looking like new when he left ..... far better than possible with a home steam clean system. He also cleaned the tiling, whitening the grout, and a chair that had some staining (made perfect). He did a fantastic job, highly recommended, and I will use their services again.
