Great experience all around
Awesome experience from beginning to end!! The coordinator that set up the appointment was friendly and asked all the right questions, and Chris the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and professional! They tackled some tough toddler stains on our carpets, and it turned out amazing!
Needed area rug cleaned due to cat accidents. Arrived as scheduled. Put plastic under rug to protect hardwood floor. Did great job, very happy. Will use again.
We are very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work. Not only did they clean the carpet, but they vacuumed first and then pretreated stains. The carpet looks great! They cane when they said they would come. They charged what they said they would charge and it was very reasonable. . Great job!

Nicole Steward was very helpful and gave detail information on phone. Technician were very nice and they know their job very good. They clean my sofa upholstery which had some stains. They cleaned perfectly and now it looks like spotless. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their carpet or upholstery cleaned. I will definately use them again this time to clean my carpet.
These guys did a great job! They gave us a window of time in which they would arrive, and then on the day of the appointment gave us a call to let us know exactly when. And they were right on time. They did a thorough job and my rug looks great. Courteous and professional. Reasonably priced.
