technician was very pleasant. he was very informative and he did a great job. my only concern (and this is for pretty much all carpet cleaners these days) they don't move furniture. i'm not asking them to move dressers and heavy china cabinets,, but sofas and minor objects. I didn't mind doing this myself, and my technician helped. i have pets and one that sprays, so just going around some objects was not an option. even with the deodorizer, there is still some smell. but i'm sure that's cuz it's too deep for the cleaners to... read more
Technician was courteous and professional. Besides a few missed areas and the carpet taking longer than 6 hours to dry...which caused me to stay somewhere else over night...the overall outcome was good. I'll still hire them again because I like the finished job and their up front pricing.

great service, the workers came in and did a great job, they explained what they were doing in detail while cleaning my furniture....well mannered and professional!
Just used Eco Carpet Pro for the second time, and another fabulous job! On time, the young tech was very pleasant and professional, and was able to just about remove every stain we had (which was a lot as my husband and sons like to carry coffee and the like up the stairs). I really like having a pleasant professional who does not reek of cigarette smoke! A huge plus for us, as we're all allergic. Nice to have the house looking AND smelling fabulous when a carpet cleaner leaves. Highly recommend!

I had my carpets cleaned by Eco Carpet Pro for the second time. Chris called before coming and showed up when he said. He did a fantastic job, my carpets look and feel wonderful. The first time I had Eco Carpet Pros clean my carpets was just as good. The people that work with this company are awesome. I have used several local companies and I will stick with Eco Carpet Pros for now on...
