Our tile and grout were so bad that Robert Davis, the technician, made sure I knew just how bad. It didn’t meant the price would change, it just meant that he would have to troubleshoot. His concern was that the former owners of the house may have put on a sealant. After two treatments there were areas that showed huge improvement and other areas not so much.
