I was about to purchase a USED car from this dealership. The sales person was okay. The finance guy on the other hand wasn’t. He was pushy and rude. He wanted to sell me an extended warranty and gap insurance and I declined. He came back with a rebuttal , I declined again. Five stars is not enough for my great experience with Eckert Hyundai and especially my sales consultant, Tony Hung. Tony asked me what type of car I was looking for and an approximate price range. I never felt pressure and was given the most courteous consideration when looking for exactly what I wanted. I left Eckert with my new Elantra Value Edition on Tuesday afternoon and could not be happier or more satisfied. Thank you Eckert and Tony!
