It was an amazing experience, top of the line, great people up there.
I used to recommend them for oil changes and enjoyed going, now u have to make an appointment for an OIL CHANGE. If u have an appointment it may take an hour to hour n a half, with out an appointment was the same. My life is busy and they want business so u don’t have to make an appointment for buying a car why do we ALL A SUDDN HAVE TO MAKE AN OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT THAT STILL TAKES AN HOUR PLUS TO DO. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here ,I just purchased a suv fully loaded with Tony Hung , he was awesome he was straight foward about the actual price of the vehicle no extra hidden fee's this was an overall awesome experience, he educated us on the carfax, kelly blue book, and what is isn't a very good type of car. he had our backs buying this SUV. Went in to purchase a vehicle I saw online. Spoke with sales gal who knew I was on my way. I offered $900 less then asking price, after she talked with manager, was told “price is pretty much firm”. So they let us walk away over $900 and without a counter offer.
I bought a used tuscon in july and by December told I need to replace tires soon went up to the dealership to see if they would make it right and they said well it is a used car and we can make you a great deal on some tires.
BAD customer service...Take your business somewhere else!
Recently my daughter experienced some car troubles and the mechanics department handled the situation...Jimmy was so helpful and professional in seeing this matter through! My daughter is more than an hour from me working and going to school in Denton so naturally I'm in worry mode...so again thank you so much Jimmy because of you I have the utmost trust in your team!!
