Horrible service experience with this group. Very poor customer service and basically told I was a liar when I provided feedback by the Service Manager and threatened by the Parts Manager over a refund request when I refused to pay a restocking fee that was never discussed with me on a "special order" part that is standard on most vehicles and is found at almost any local parts house. I will not be back to this location for any future work or purchasing of a Hyundai product. 🤬

My Dad bought new tires at Eckert Hyundai in Corinth with a warranty 6 months ago. Now the tire has a puncture and they’re charging me 1/3 of the cost to replace the tire. Dad passed away in May, but he would have been pissed about getting ripped off like this! This is why I buy my tires at Briscoe Tires in Denton.
Service lies to you test drove the car
I had a great experience purchasing a 2019 Santa Fe last weekend. Thanks to Beau, the process went smoothly. He was outstanding! He was patient, extremely polite, and very informative. Ryan, couldn’t have been more patient, kind, and tried his best to get me the best finance possible. It was truly a pleasure buying a car from this dealership.
