Buying experience was good but after finalizing sale I asked why the front license plate wasn't on. They said it wasn't required in Texas (It IS!) They told me it was in the back of the car and it was not. They can't find my second plate and the salesperson is no longer there. Now they will not communicate with me and told me I need to figure it out with the DMV.
I have to say that I had a great overall experience buying a car from Eckert Hyundai. I am from the Houston area and spotted a car they had available online and I reached out to Tong Hung, the salesman assigned to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Great car experience the last few days. This is by far the easiest car purchase I have had (and I have had several) The atmosphere was not your typical high pressure push from the second you stopped your car but instead very laid back and welcoming. Cole was matter of fact and not pushy for the sale but worked at getting me what I wanted. Jake in finance was quick and easy to work with.
