I have never been treated so badly by a car dealership in my life I will never go back there I suggest anyone who wants to be treated with any decency do not go Eckert Hyundai it was not a salesman it was the service manager that was so rude I called customer service and made a complaint but they say that Eckert Hyundai is self owned and there's not much that they can do about that dealership do yourself a favor if you go to a Hyundai dealership find another one besides the Hyundai house in Denton
I purchased a car early in the summer... It was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! The Eckerts listened to my wants and worked with me to get the car I wanted in my budget.. No pressure and the folks at the dealership were helpful and friendly start to finish!!! I'm loving my new Veloster!!!
Laid back, non-traditional car salesman type of environment...it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.
