I liked the quick response to my request. The quote was better than I expected. The agent answered my questions and the policy was issued. A couple of phone calls and emails - and the process was completed. Fast and convenient.
Carla and Jeff are very responsive in providing answers to questions. Recently Carla suggested doing a market analysis with the various insurance companies that they work with to provide the best rates possible. The quotes she came back with on our automobiles, boat and home ended up saving me several hundred dollars off of my annual premium. I highly recommend the Eckburg Insurance Group.

Had Jeff pull a quote for a new home we were about to purchase - he found additional information (problems) with the home and water claims the homeowners filed after stating several times that they did not have water problems. HE found 27K in damage that was not disclosed to us. This was a huge deal breaker for us...can't tell you how much I appreciate you saving us from the trouble we could have gotten into with this home. - We won't do insurance anywhere else! Thank you so much!!!
