Jeff is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, thorough, follows up quickly and is very trustworthy.
We check rates yearly and eckburg is always competitive with their rates. The customer service is excellent. Those are the two most important things. They excell at both.
Great company! They handle my work comp and liability insurance for my roofing company. Michelle H. is always easy to get ahold of and if she is busy someone else or she will get back to me right away, you can tell they really care about you!
I haven't had any claims but I have every confidence if I do I will get fair and timely response.
