I am not stuck with a specific insurance company, Wanda always checks multiple companies to ensure I get the best rate. 90% of the time I call I get a real person and not a voice mail and wanda always takes the time to explain the various options and provide quotes for each. I have been with a number of different insurance companies over the last 33 years through Eckburg and have never been disappointed, they only deal with reputable companies.
It has always been a pleasure working with Eckburg Insurance Group. Carla Towne is an excellent agent. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time in answering questions or finding out information so clients can make educated decisions. Eckburg has handled our insurance needs for many years and will continue to do so.
We love Jeff Eckburg!!! He has always been more than helpful when we call with questions on our policies & he takes time to come to the farm to personally review our farm policy every couple years!!
