Echopark Automotive said and advertises a 190 point inspection, and a 30 day warranty. After purchasing a car and driving it home the engine light came on. We returned it the same day and our money was refunded. We vigorously searched the car lot selected a second car, drove it, liked it, then noticed the windshield had several cracks. After a bad experience with another local car dealership, *************** provided an unexpectedly pleasant experience! My sales person, ****** was very respectful and helpful. I did NOT feel pressured into anything, received a competitive offer for my trade-in, and did NOT have any surprise costs thrown at me!

This place was horrible I lost $234 taking off work early and using Uber to go to the dealership. They told me I was approved and guaranteed to drive off the lot when.. I had to pay for Uber to get home they'll lie just to get you there.. They lead you on and keep you jumping through hoops giving them your personal information. Just to say no without saying no. It was a horrible experience please do not waste your time or money with this place they will lead you on

I explained to **** my circumstances and ************** went the distance and beyond, to accommodate my needs. I now have a 2018 Grand Cherokee with exceptional mileage and at a very fair price, which fits well within my budget range. As a matter of fact, my experience was so great, that I recommended my brother to come to Echo Park, and he purchased a new vehicle as well... Thanks ************** and Echo Park!!!

EchoPark San Antonio has the worst customer service you will ever experience. I have called countless times, countless numbers, and left countless numbers and have yet to speak to anyone from the actual location or even receive a call back. I have a post-sales issue that I have been trying to resolve for a year. It hurts to know that the friendly faces you are in stores are only put on until they have your money.
