Horrible customer service. I wanted a truck that was available, was financed and ready to go. I came right out and told them I wanted to buy the truck 100%. They wouldn't call me back once I told them I was coming from out of state. Every time I called, they kept transfering me to different people when all I wanted to do was put money down to hold the truck until I came in. At Echo Park we had Ronald "Ron" as our Sales man. He was amazing! Unfortunately we didn't leave with a car that day but we plan on going back, when we decide to get a car , just so we can make our purchase with Ron. We live in New Mexico and heade the whole experience worth the drive!

I drove out of state for the Lexus IS 350 AWD. I ran my credit so I was ready to buy. During the test drive, I instantly noticed a grinding noise in the wheel wells. You could see on both rims it had hit a curb very hard on the front. How could a detailed 191 point inspection overlook something so noticeable? i was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. Because i was in an accident, I currently do not have a vehicle.
