Great and helpful
Joey did a great job with our Subaru
Very inviting, and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately they sold the car I wanted before I got there (they didn't know I had my eye on that car also), but we had a great experience. All dealerships should be modeled after the EchoPark experience.
Most ridiculous place..very friendly until you don't want extended warranty..after confirming vehicle was there, it was not there when i arrived..must have sold in the 15 mins it took me to get there
Made an appointment to look at vehicle. The day of my appointment they confirmed my appointment then called and told me it sold. Vehicle was still listed for sale and was sold that Saturday. They never reached back out to me after I canceled my appointment. Just moved on to the next buyer.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Awful awful experience, they had me in tears! After MULTIPLE contacts with the dealership to make sure they had this vehicle still in stock they SOLD it on me when I was 10 minutes away after a 3!!!!!!!!HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY! AND YES!!!! THEY WERE AWARE! AWFUL, TERRIBLE!!! I didn't buy the truck pictured, but bought another I the same price range. This was easily the best buying experience I've had. No haggling needed, no pressure, and no worries.Only downside was that they wouldn't work with my bank which they explained was to keep thier prices down. They actually found me a better deal so 0 complaints
