Sales people were helpful and friendly but not pushy. Purchase experience was very smooth.
Ryan and the EchoPark team were great to work with. They were responsive and helpful from returning my initial inquiry about the car to getting my appraisal done to the actual sale of the car. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had with purchasing a car.

Was contacted by dealer in a timely fashion. Visited the dealer and performed a test drive. Salesperson was accommodating but didn't know all of the features of the car. Ended up buying elsewhere since the car wasn't exactly what we were looking for

Easy to schedule a test drive, didn't end up purchasing this car. Was shown another car with the features and options that I was looking for and purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ.
