I highly recommend Echol’s Heating and Air Conditioning. Cody checked out the furnace in my newly purchased condo to make sure it was ready for winter. If that cool Cleveland air starts making your way inside when your heat is on, but you are only handy enough to do minor work and troubleshooting, I would strongly recommend calling Echols Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I had another service company out for diagnosis (was 30% more for a service call) and was strongly urged to replace my furnace while being up sold product. Ryan arrived right on time, and figured out and fixed the issue with the heat pump - it's working great now! The issue was actually created by another company - when I had the thermostat changed a few years ago, they left it set up for a gas system, and I'm "all electric." I didn't realize that the heat was running in "emergency" mode this whole time, and this also caused the AC to not work at all. Ryan arrived on time and got right to work, cleaning our A/C vents on our Mitsubishi mini-split. He also worked on the heat pump itself and removed moss that had accumulated on the outside. Everything is working tip-top as it has since Echolsinstalled the system about four years ago. It is a good product, and Echols continues to ensure that it operates as promised with its maintenance contract.
