If that cool Cleveland air starts making your way inside when your heat is on, but you are only handy enough to do minor work and troubleshooting, I would strongly recommend calling Echols Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I had another service company out for diagnosis (was 30% more for a service call) and was strongly urged to replace my furnace while being up sold product.
