We built our home 10 years ago and had geothermal heating installed. We have been very happy with this. We previously had gas in our other home and saw a big improvement for us on our yearly heating and cooling bills. We thought it was important to set up a regular maintenance schedule in case we experienced a problem with our furnace. We were not sure who serviced this type of furnace and found out that many companies did not. We found Echols Heating did service geothermal units. We've been installing and servicing geo for over 30 years. It is more expensive up front compared to a traditional system, however, the 30% tax credit on geo for the next 10 years is a huge savings. Helped quickly when our air and furnace needed replaced. Came out SAME DAY to fix a faulty thermostat that stopped working overnight. Left absolutely no mess behind and cleaned up any trace they were here! Amazing communication, service and price! 10/10 recommend.
