I only began with Echols this season, after a disappointing experience with my prior HVAC company. I was very happy and satisfied with the courtesy I received when I called to make an appointment. **** was the serviceman dispatched to my house. Before his arrival, I received an email which included his picture for identification purposes. I liked that touch. **** did a fantastic job in doing the annual maintenance on my AC. The technician was here within 20 minutes of my after hours call. He fixed the noise problem quickly. He also came prepared to replace the part but fixed it so we didn’t have to spend the money! Very courteous too!
