The June 5, 2018 visit from the Echols technician to do the preseason cleaning and testing of our air conditioning system was a positive experience. From the timely arrival, friendly professional service, explanations and summary, everything was as one would hope it would be. Oh, and anything that was moved was carefully put back in its original location. I have utilized Echols for service and equipment needs for over 12 years and have not been disappointed.

We had a technician come out to check our heat pump. He was extremely through. We had others out and all gave different results. This tech took the most time to review what others were finding and to give a responds to what was and what was not going on with the system. Pleased with quoted price and up front if tech had to go longer how much more it was. Very pleased with time taken and review of our system.

We just bought to high effiency furnaces from Echols and we are very satisfied with the results. The sales, installation and tech staff were all very professional and easy to work with. We’re now looking forward to purchasing new air conditioning units from this company.

Extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the work performed in installing a new furnace and hot water tank. We came back from vacation and discovered we had no heat and the hot water tank was spraying water. Very timely service by Echols Heating and Air Conditioning when we had no heat due to the water tank breaking and spraying water that damaged our furnace beyond repair. The temperature was in the 20's. Our new furnace is working extremely well and so is our new hot water tank.
