Oh my goodness is this restaurant fantastic. My husband and I had dinner there Friday night and even though it was busy the wait staff was on point. Kevin our waiter was the best !! Amazing food and amazing service! We celebrated the New Year with Sam and Xavior! They are always on top of everything and their service is personal and attentive. We have never had a bad meal and the steak is to die for. Definitely our favorite spot in Vegas to have a nice meal!
This is my favorite place! We have been there twice now in the last three months. The hostesses are friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the manager introduces himself at your your table, and the service is great. The food is the best ever. The waiter takes the time to explain the different cuts of meat and even suggests side dishes. The meat melts in your mouth and the sides were to die for. Don't be afraid of the prices, it is definitely with every bit!! We will be back again and again!!
Just had our first experience at Echo & Rig, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was so welcoming and the food was out of this world. (I highly recommend the skirt steak with the cauliflower/chili de arbol small plate. Our server, Nicholas, guided us through the menu and made fantastic recommendations. We will DEFINITELY be back!
