This restaurant ROCKS. Every dish was superlative. We had: Brie in sourdough- WOW. Melt in your mouth goodness, rich, perfect. The Portobello fried with aioli sauce- might be one of the best appetizers i have had. The Moscato wine was divine. I had Horseradish coated Butterfish, light, flaky, moist. Like always, dinner was amazing last night. The food is delicious, the service is phenomenal, and the ambiance makes for a very pleasant dining experience. I've loved everything I have tried, even the cauliflower and I normally don't like cauliflower. My favorites so far are the lamb cigars, the portobello fries, the bacon, and the tomahawk chopped ribeye. I can't wait to go back as it is one of my favorite restaurants. My favorite server is Ari. He is a super nice guy and very good at his job.
We discovered Echo & Rig last year while planning our trip to Vegas for my daughters cheer competition and had to make sure we went back this year. I called to make a reservation and they were booked for Saturday night. We decided to wait for a reservation for Sunday and it was well worth it once again. I have eaten at some of the best of the best places in Vegas and Echo & Rig is the one that I go back to every couple weeks. I would eat there every night if I could. The food is amazing. Simply amazing. The service is even better than that. Everyone is always so friendly and gives everyone the personal attention you deserve. Last night Jessica was our server - She was even a step above the normal exceptional service. I am ready to go back again!!
Amazing service, top quality menu, definitely returning
Well it was excellent, the service was attentive but not overbearing. And the food was superb. Opened with the charred octopus and fava beans great combo-then the split bone marrow with a mushroom puree it was delightful. Rib-eye with blistered asparagus with a egg topper unbelievable. No room for dessert!
