The food was ok and the service was great! I had the steak salad for the price it could have been bigger with more steak, it was ok. My husband had a burger that he really liked.
Awesome food. And superb service. They went above and beyond for our 10 year weddig aniversary. Truly a great experince.
I've been there 3 times and every time it's been excellent! Our server Jesse was awesome as well as everyone that came to our table to check on how things were going! I think it's truly one of the best steakhouses in Vegas & what a plus to have a butcher shop located downstairs! Will definitely go back again and again!
It was the highlight of our trip! Austin was our waiter and was very knowledgeable and very personable! We will be back on outmr next trip in May!!!!!

The food and customer serivise set the standard for superior quality amongst all other steakhouses in Las Vegas. Echo and Rig has become my "go to" spot for all occasions for many reasons but mostly because Beth and Xavier go out of their way to provide excellent customer service every time I'm there.
I've never had a bad experience here! Everyone is so personable and really makes you feel special.. i've recommended this place to everyone i know and no one has been disappointed.. � definitely a 5 star establishment!!
This place was recommended by a friend who said it was the best mead she had ever eaten. The service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. Overall it was a very nice meal but probably not worth venturing so far from the strip. My steak was very fatty and under cooked even after being sent back to the kitchen. I did bring this to our server's attention and she said the chef agreed that it was not the norm for their kitchen.
My husband and I discovered this gem about a year ago! If you love a great meal, great service and a great atmosphere you should check it out.
