Jim and Tim were extremely thorough in their inspection process and did a great job of explaining their findings. Overall we were very pleased with their service and reporting.

September 21, 2017 RE: Review from ***** ******* We did a home inspection for the above mentioned client on April 11, 2017 at 14105 Castlebar Trail Woodstock, IL 60098. We did not hear from *** *******until September 19, 2017 at which time he stated that we missed bats in his attic at the time of the inspection. We pulled out the report with the attic pictures, which I have also attached to this reply. So I have read the other reviews and they are all 5 star or 1 star reviews, so I think my review will hold some weight for various reasons. I used this company three times within a seven month span, all in the past year. They send two inspectors to each house, which is a huge plus and makes things go faster and also gets two different perspectives on each issue found.
