Very thorough
I am a first time home buyer, so I was very nervous before the inspection. However, the 2 ECHO associates were able to walk me through everything at the home inspections. I received a 50 page document the very next day with pictures and everything that I needed to know. Very Knowledgeable and thorough.

Professionals that walked me through everything they found! From a window that didn’t close correctly to faulty wiring in a drop ceiling! They were thourough and left no stone unturned. Even commented on things that aren’t typically covered in the scope of the inspection report, but might be issues in the near future!! Put my mind at ease knowing I have such a comprehensive list of items to take back to negotiations with the seller! Thank you!
