ECHO is extremely professional and detailed, and their inspectors describe their process and their findings completely and include a lot of pictures and suggestions/recommendations.
Company conducted a home inspection on my property and inspector did not properly secure the sump pump cover. I woke up to 2 inches of standing water in my basement. Company blamed a storm and offered no solutions to help address the situation. I would recommend to everyone to NEVER hire this company.
We had a great inspection experience. We had two guys come out to do the inspection, and it felt very thorough. So thorough, in fact, that they found some serious issues and recommended we get some follow up inspections from some experts in a couple of fields. We followed their recommendations and ended up withdrawing our offer on the home because the cost of the necessary repairs would have been over $25K. Just had my first home inspection done by Echo Home Inspection INC. on the recommendation of our realtor. It was absolutely perfect. Inspectors Jim and Jon talked equally to my wife and I and took the time to explain certain situations and answered any and all questions.
