Loved these guys. They were thorough, took time to answer all my questions, took many pictures, sent a full report in a timely manner, and we got a chocolate chip cookie at the end. Highly recommend them.
Two gentelmen inspected my new condo are very friendly and proffesional. They went through all items they need to inspect while I was talking with my agent, and showed me in details they found. They explained to me in details, including what type of equipments they are, how they work and necessary maintenace recommendations, which is very helpful for me. Tom and Tim were awesome! Both did thorough inspections of my new townhouse, both inside and out. Tom took the time to explain the mechanics of the furnace and humidifier, in particular, since I'm coming from a boiler system. They got their inspection report to us by 10 am the next morning, after our late afternoon appointment. I will definitely share Echo Home Inspection with others.

Thanks to both ,the inspector and his assistant.Bot did a more than expected inspection to my son future home at Buffalo Grove on Saturday 3,2018, The inspector , after completing his inspection ,he explained to us his finding. I am as PhD holder in civil and structural engineering highly appreciate the work they both done. I highly recommend this inspection firm .

Great experience overall. I bought a very unique home and Echo was there to help throughout the whole process. Prompt, professional, and knew what they were doing. All at a fair price. Echo Inspection was recommended by our real estate agent on the home we were purchasing. The inspectors arrived on time, were courteous and ready to go. They did their job, were meticulous, took their time and I believe that between the two inspectors, they couldn't have done a better job.
