So I have read the other reviews and they are all 5 star or 1 star reviews, so I think my review will hold some weight for various reasons. They send two inspectors to each house, which is a huge plus and makes things go faster and also gets two different perspectives on each issue found. Never checked a/c system on house during inspection, it didn't work. Somehow missed a vent with no cover and birds flying in and out of it. Very hard to not miss that as its on the side right off the driveway.
Bad inspections with bad results, the missed several items when inspecting my home the repairs cost over $2500.00 and there is no recourse on items they miss. Would never recommend this company. Find another company if you are steered to them.
