What a wonderful find in Knoxville! Chef Seth visited us at our table and made us feel welcome like returning guests/friends and it was our first visit. Nice dining atmosphere, good attentive service, wonderful menue, delicious dinner. We will be returning and have already told friends of our nice experience.
This is THE PLACE you want to go to! The head chef here is a master and a culinary delight; he comes to your table to detail the specials and to see if you have any requests or dietary restrictions. And, as always, the chef checks the plates himself, takes part in the cooking and sauce creating, and everything comes out beautifully cooked and arranged! This is one of my favorite restaurants on the world. You have to dine at Echo!!!
The best! The chef came to our table to get an idea of what we would like. The atmosphere and background music is soothing and romantic. Love my Frank Sinatra and friends. The food is awesome and the wine menu is fab! The Echo Wine and Bistro is a touch of class!
