Chef owned eateries are rare in Knoxville and this may be the best there is.
Crab cakes, lamb, salmon, escargot... It is all amazing. Best restaurant in Knoxville.
First visit: Food: Ordered an Asian style seafood and it was delicious. The hoisin sauce was a bit too heavy to my taste, but overall it was perfect. The rosemary garnish gave it a nice twist, a bit unusual for an Asian style dish. I may need to try it the next time I prepare one. Pesto was delicious that I had to ask for more.
